Disliked: Please. Clean properly the beddings specially the linens and pillows. Because my 2 kids have rushes all over the body. Possible by bugs bites.

I didn’t expect to be too high, lots of stairs, very dangerous. Sometimes you don’t even want to go out thinking of how

  Liked: Close to some attractions.

Disliked: Stairs are very steep, too dangerous.

Disappointing! Dirty and holes in towels and a mouse in flat

  Liked: Location is good.

Disliked: It was dirty. The curtains is not closing the windows (light comes in). The towels were in a very bad state (holes in). The outside sitting area was a mess, it is a building site - misleading advertising - photo shows nice outside area. There was a mouse in the flat. There is a water leak in the bathroom above the toilet.

Liked: Location is excellent, a 7 minute walk to the Grand Place, 1 minute from a major shopping street and across the street from a major metro station. Room was large and comfortable. Good wifi.

Disliked: No lift to the second floor and stairs were narrow and steep. No AC so it was really really hot. Absolutely no view from our apartment (3). Bathroom could be in better shape. No TV service whatsoever.
