  Liked: The studio was clean and rather well equipped, although better pans and pots of smaller sizes would be useful.

  Disliked: The segment of the street where the house was located was quite dirty.

  Liked: The studio apt was perfect. The owner was very helpful and a very nice person. The location was very close to Brussels midi station. The grocery store was a 2 min walk. Everything about our stay was amazing and the owner made it so much better. The apt is very homey and comfortable. I'd stay here again. If I could I'd give this more than a 10.

  Liked: The apartment was very much as described. It was good value and well appointed with a good size, comfortable bed, an ensuite shower room and a well equipped kitchenette. It seems to be in one of Brussels less wealthy neighbourhoods. The whole area around Gare Zuid is a bit tatty but we found people were gentle and friendly. The location is convenient for the station and tram and metro stations

  Disliked: The front of the building, foyer and staircase were rather tatty. And the apartment would benefit from an update (perhaps the slight 'tiredness' was reflected in the price... which was very reasonable!) There was an extensive assortment of cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment but no attention to detail. No small saucepans (but two huge ones). Lots of cups but no large mugs or glasses... And please, if you refurbish it: make sure the repeat patterns on the wallpaper match... it drove me crazy looking at mismatched wallpapers! 🙄🤣😂🤣

  Liked: Near misi train station, walking distance to city. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Great hot shower. And washing machine and dryer available for use. 2 small shops across the road if you wish to eat at apartment.

  Chill and comfort but the door is a menace

  Disliked: The door to my room not opening how it should be, i had to use quite a bit of force and even panicked at one point, i thought i couldnt get out. The keybox also very stubborn
