  Liked: Location is perfect

Disliked: 1. Room, kitchen was covered in dust, so we had to clean it ourselves. Bathroom was full of hair and smelled disgusting, the same with the towels (smelled like they're soaked in smoke) 2. Room was quite cold, considering that it's the end of Oct yet, the temp didn't feel very comfortable 3. When choosing the room before booking there was a pic of room on the 2nd floor, more comfy, open-spaced....but once checked-in we were given the room on the 3rd floor completely different to the one that was on the pic. This is the true review. Sorry if smthg sounded rude or didn't meet your expectations of the guest's review. I had had the european tour, so the contrast among different hotels was transparent seen But to be honest the location saved it all. Literally apartment in the city centre no need to book a taxi. Thank you for the guidance, all the information that was sent in advance + free hot drinks were pleasant bonus for us, thanks

The place was clean and comfortable to sleep in, and the location was excellent, close to everything in the city centre

Liked: Close to the city center.

Disliked: The stairs are very steep, and it was quite difficult to go up and down with large and heavy luggage. It would be helpful if there were an easier option for guests with bigger bags. There were also no rugs or non-slip mats in the bathroom, so the floor can become quite slippery after taking a shower.
