Exceptional
Liked: Clean, good location and comfortable, great shower
Disliked: The see through glass door to the bathroom 😕
Good and convenient. Relatively fresh and new interiors. Ticked all boxes positively

Disliked: Air conditioning was very loud. Only espresso cups. First 2 days from a 5 night stay, there wss no house keeping. However, on the 3rd day it was cleaned well.
Gret friendlt hotel shame about the area
Liked: Hotel was great, modern, comfy bed, spacious bedroom and bathroom.
Disliked: Location, only 15min metro ride from Brussels Midi and 2min walk from Botanique tube station. However short the walk, it wasn't pleasant at night as a solo female traveller with lots of beggars and homeless people around. Muggers in the area to watch out for too.
Polite and friendly staff, but a lot of details needs attention
Liked: Property was clean and employees were polite and friendly.
Disliked: Our room was very cold; the AC was broken. We had 3 visits from staff to check and even try to repair the AC while we still were sitting in the room. It was an evening and it took 3 hours, we were finally given different rooms, not the same class as our first. During breakfast, the coffee machine got out of order and for 30 minutes coffee wasn’t available.
In general a very nice stay
Liked: Very clean, very comfortable - staff very friendly. All in all a great stay, and I particularly liked the don't make up my room environmental option. Located right on top of a great tram line, too.
Disliked: The breakfast looked good, but was disappointing. It looked like there was a whole lot of stuff on the buffet, but closer inspection showed that the range was actually quite limited.

Disliked: The restaurant doesn’t open Sunday and Monday.
