Very good
Liked: Very helpful staff and great location.
Well located, but expensive
Liked: Very well located, close to Grand Place. Restaurants and bars are close. Staff was friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was fast and steady.
Disliked: I was on a work trip, and it took me two phone calls and two emails to get the invoice from my stay. Be careful when you book, as the pricing is confusing - the amount you see at the beginning of the reservation is not the same as when you pay.
Liked: Great little hotel near everything in Brussels Central!
Disliked: They changed the breakfast....but it is still pretty good.

Disliked: There was no iron in the room and essentials were not replenished each day of our stay.
A great location and good value for tourists in Brussels
Liked: Excellent location for tourist destinations. Everything is in walking distance. It was clean, quiet, and has great views.
Disliked: The is no door or curtain for the shower, so you can see directly into the shower from the bed, which I found a bit odd.
