  Liked: Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Location was good only about 20-25 mins walk from the Gare due Midi, the center of Brussels and the Royal quarter.

  Liked: The personnel, the location, the comfort

  Disliked: Our room was hot due to water running through the tubes below, but we spoke at the reception and they kindly offered to switch room which turned out just fine

  Modern but worn hotel with basic breakfast in good location

  Liked: Modern hotel, located in a nice quiet district in close proximity to restaurants, shops, sights and metro.

  Disliked: Interior. Hotel tries to be stylish but looks cheap and worn. Service. There is no room service at all: when the in-built hairdryer broke down the only way was to go to the reception. Breakfast. It is advertised as "very good". In practice it is not even good. It is basic American breakfast: cheap pastry, cheap coffee, yoghurt, powder omlette, etc. Room. Room was good but floor was very cold and no storage at all.

  Nice hotel

  Liked: The location is good, it was clean, the room very spacious

  Disliked: The staff, cleaning ladies not giving priority to the customers to the elevator. They changed the pillow case and left the pillow without the case. Pretty expensive, like all accommodations in Bruxelles. The breakfast was also very expensive
