  Not too bad, but not perfect

  Liked: Good bathroom. Good breakfast Good location concerning distance from the airport.

  Disliked: Bed was broken and not repaired during my stay. Room could be cleaner a bit. Room was a little bit dark.

  A near-perfect practical option for us when we had to connect overnight through Brussels

  Liked: The hotel was reasonably priced, practical, and quiet, with a clean, comfortable room. It can be reached by public bus from Brussels Airport. (Information desk at airport can tell you which bus to take.) Bus stops at a cul-de-sac shared by this hotel and a couple of others. Breakfast was wonderful, and we advise including it upon booking, or immediately upon checking in, to avoid paying a higher rate for choosing that option later.

  Disliked: There aren't a lot of restaurants or meal options nearby; the semi-self-serve dining options for lunch or dinner in the hotel lobby were enjoyable enough, but a bit limited in variety.

  The hotel was quiet and the staff was great

  Liked: Once I found the shuttle I got to the hotel fine. There needs to be more information on the shuttle. Did not try the breakfast but should have as it would have been better than the airport. I liked the bar.

  Disliked: As said above there needs to be more information on the site on how to get the shuttle at the Brussels airport. That was the only thing I did not like.

  Great stay

  Liked: Close to airport and free shuttle that takes about 20 minutes. Staff was kind and the room was clean.

  Good place to stay if you have early flight. Room was sufficient and clean

  Liked: We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The room was adequate in size. What stands out is that they have a free airport shuttle which was really helpful for an early flight.

  Disliked: The hotel did not have a restaurant. They told us we could get dinner at the Holiday Inn next door. We walked over and waited 20 minutes and still not get noticed. I guess it was the three tour buses loaded with people that kept the restaurant at Holiday Inn too busy to wait on us so we left.
