Great Hotel near Brussels Airport
Liked: We booked a Superior Twin room for 3 nights, so the room size was larger than a Standard room. Room was on 4th floor away from elevators and Stairs, and was very quiet considering the closeness to Brussels Airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was huge with lots of options. We ate dinner at the hotel and the quality and quantity was very good. When we checked-in we reserved seats on the hotels airport shuttle for 2 days later. We also requested Breakast To-Go for our Check-out date, because the shuttle to the airport was at 3:30 am. The hotel is an easy 6-10 walk to the Diegem Train Station, so it was an easy 15 min. Train ride to Brussels Centrale station to see the sights.
Disliked: Upon entering our room, we noticed the carpeting needed to be vacuumed. We were tired from our travels, so we requested the floor to be cleaned the next day; and is was.
I advice this hotel definetetely
Liked: very helpful and kind staff members, breakfast - excellent, a lot of choices to eat, especially fresh smoothies are tasty, quiet rooms.

A lovely hotel with spacious rooms, helpful staff and delicious food
Liked: I stayed here several times during the week, and I really enjoyed every stay. The reception staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, which was great. I also really enjoyed the food in the restaurant, both at breakfast and dinner. A special hello to Mario, our waiter, who made two of our evenings especially nice!
