Good
L'Orange Room
Liked: The host was quick to response and eager to help. The room was very clean, the bed was fantastic and the room was a nice size. The shower was good too
Disliked: There was no fan, iron and other things listed in the room description. They seemed to be communal rather than per room. We were unable to use the window blinds as they were jammed.
Nice place and good location but description is not accurate. Some of the facilities advertised were not available
Liked: The location was great and the apartment was comfortable.
Disliked: They advertised having a washing machine but there wasn’t any in the room or premises. We had to get our laundry done at a laundromat, we had specifically booked this apartment because it stated it had a washing machine.
Lovely accommodation that is quiet, safe and convenient
Liked: Nice and spacious bedrooms. Quiet and safe location. Convenient with cafes/restaurants around. Walkable to the central area (Grand Palace, etc) and quite walkable to the Louise area as well.
Disliked: Very very steep and narrow stairs to the room which means a tricky situation if you have a very big luggage - we struggled quite a bit. If you are unable to do so, I would not recommend this as it could be dangerous. Bedding is ok but very very small pillows.
Really great location and good value for money
Liked: The people were really responsive if there was a problem. The location was brilliant nearly everything was in walking distance.
Disliked: It was boiling hot, there wasn’t any air con or a fan. Other guests were very loud.
Liked: The location was amazing but beside that I didn't like anything else. The room was dirty and it had bed bugs. When i want back home, i went straight to the hospital because I was infected.

Disliked: Narrow stairs, need some maintenance in the unit, no separate kitchen
