  Great if you need a quick stop in brussels. A bit too expensive for the quality of the stay

  Liked: The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with a nice, big bed. Staff was available for any question, quick, and efficient. Breakfast options were varied and tasty.

  Disliked: The room was very small, almost cramped. I booked a double room, but I doubt two people could fit in there, especially anyone fitting the average height, unlike my short self, since it was under the roof slope. Cleaning service forgot to check the toilet paper/ did not leave any additional rolls. Walls and doors are extremely thin. Could hear other guests moving around from the bed.

  Great location but unsure about value for money (and don’t book the breakfast!)

  Liked: Location was very good, reception 24/7

  Disliked: Our room was super hot & stuffy when we entered. We tried to use the air conditioner but there was no remote in the room. The room was “upgraded” but it was tiny and the additional stairs did not help. The mattress and pillows were super soft and we slept very uncomfortably. The worst thing though was the breakfast. As lactose intolerant person, I’d expect some variant of ingredients but everything was cow milk only (how about vegan options?). You have to boil your own eggs, almost burning your hands while doing so just to end up with nothing since another guest took yours (am I supposed to stand around and keep watch?). But that problem was solved when one morning they did not even offer any eggs! My breakfast was a sad bowl of cereal without any milk.

  Disliked: When other neighbour rooms people walk in the room, you hear the noise of their steps due to the floor made up by some wooden material. It really disturbs

  Great location but don't expect anything more than a basic stay

  Liked: Good location, close to tram and metro. Excellent continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

  Disliked: Decor and bathroom were tired. Towels and linen all had stains. Pillow coverings were torn and threadbare. Pillows themselves old and lumpy - not making for a good night's sleep.
