Guest reviews
Very good
I throughly enjoyed my time. Highly recommend this place
Liked: The staff was super friendly, and room/bathroom was perfect. The food was good, not as much options compared to other hotels I’ve been to, but none it was good! I think the best part about the hotel is the self serve utilities (combs, slippers, etc) in the front entrance. There is a glass counter full of things you can have for free, I find that so cool and thoughtful
Disliked: There was construction during our time there, which the hotel really doesn’t have any control over. It wasn’t extremely loud, but it was noticeable. You could also hear other peoples foot steps and movements on the floor above. A very minuscule problem however, all and all it wasn’t enough to complain about.
I recommend it. It is really cosy and quite close to the Grand Place 20 min walking distance
Disliked: Overall it was a nice experience but I didn't enjoy mornings as my room had an emergency evacuation door to an area where the kitchen ventilation fan made a pretty loud noise.
Cozy, comfy, almost perfect
Liked: The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The stairs were a bit hard to climb with 2 suitcases, you don't need to do that - there's an elevator! The curtain rail was missing a few hooks and stoppers so it was hard to make the room properly dark in the morning.
Great place
Liked: Beautiful and stylish, well equipped and comfortable, tasty breakfast, professional and caring staff
Liked: Cosy small design hotel. Really liked the breakfast.
Disliked: Would benefit from some extra 220V plugs in the room. Apparently no gym inside hotel.
It is the third time that i choose this hotel. Everything was within my expectations
Liked: Service, location, accomodation
Disliked: Nothing
