Fabulous
a cosy, family-run, well-situated guesthouse
Liked: We loved this cosy, family-run guest house. It is well-situated for the town, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was great to be able to eat there in the evening too. The breakfast and evening meals were amazing. There's a lovely garden out the back. We really loved the olde-world feel about it. We would stay here again.
Liked: The location was fine, on the main road in Durbuy. The owners were very pleasant and I liked the fact they had cats, from the abundance of cat bowls,although unfortunately I never saw any. The garden was beautiful with water features and bird feeders attracting lots of beautiful songbirds. I regret not eating or drinking there. I also appreciated the free breakfast to sustain me for the fifty minute walk to Barvaux. The price was great too- excellent value for money.
Disliked: I found the room a little noisy from passing traffic. My only other complaint was the absence of a fridge to chill beers.
Very cozy stay
Liked: The breakfast is amazing! You can visit the city easily by foot. They are very nice with dogs. Overall it was a very nice stay!
Disliked: Parking in the structure is difficult but there’s a parking lot nearby where you can park and you pay. I was there during some very hot days, there was a ventilator but the room was super hot.
Overall a lovely stay for one night in Durbuy
Liked: Excellent location free parking on site, Owner was very friendly and offered us a free upgrade from a double room to a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and quiet had everything in that you need. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice seating in the garden area very quiet.
Disliked: Musky smell inside the main building very overcrowded with ornaments, wouldn’t like to eat inside.
Rustic character property in the heart of Durbuy
Liked: This is a prime location in the heart of Durbuy. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and was proficient in many languages. (French, English, German, Flemish, maybe more). I had a evening meal there as well as breakfast in the morning. Both meals were impressive and the service was attentive.
Disliked: The room I had was on the main floor adjacent to the restaurant. There were two large groups in the restaurant who were quite loud, but this was not a problem once I decided to join them in the restaurant. The restaurant closed around 9:00 PM, so the noise was not an issue after that.

Liked: Everything is great!! The host is amazing with perfect location in the town. The bed is comfortable and very clean bathroom with all you need. Totally recommend the place:))
