Not at all worth the price, disappointing, I would never recommende or go back
Liked: I liked the bed and the shower.
Disliked: The hotel seems abandoned to say the least. The rooms have clear sign of trying to fix things, like paint spots and loss screws, the door knob was not probably on. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled quite bad. The room window was out to the roof where there was a water puddel which attached a lot of mosquitos into our room. The staff in the "restaurant" were not welcoming or helpful or spoke english and mostly seemed annoyed at us being there.
Liked: Good shower.. that's it.
Disliked: Hotel has a very poor maintenance. Windows & blinds didn't shut properly. Rooms are very out dated. No communication upfront booking. Requested 2 room next to each other. No answer at all. At arrival the 2 rooms are on different floors. Instead a family room we given.
Expensive and misleading info online- you believe that certain things such as a swimming pool and perhaps spa treatments

Disliked: The manager was rude, the room and bathroom were dirty (mould in the shower), plastic cups, not enough towels

Liked: Excellent breakfast and location. Wonderfully beautiful town with fewer tourists. Very nice bathroom
Disliked: There were no lights in the hallways during the whole day which was odd. Reception was empty most of the time which is fine but also different. It should be more clarified that the pool and breakfast areas shown are in a seperate location than the rooms themselves.

Liked: Delicious breakfast, cozy room, comfortable beds, perfect location in a walkable area, convenient for sight seeing in a historical town like Durbuy. Would love to govthere again.
