  Comfortable, slightly over priced and easier if you speak French

  Liked: Location was great, really central in Durbuy and the room was comfortable with a nice bed and a lot of space.

  Disliked: Staff did not speak English which made communication uncomfortable. Side door to the hotel going directly on to our floor was open during the day, which felt a bit off. Compared to other hotels we booked in this holiday, it was quite expensive.

  Liked: beautiful place, great view of the castle in Durbuy, swimming pool and beautiful rooms with great view on a Durbuy City. Only thing you must know is french languange

  Disliked: 1-The floor was full of dust. 2-Pillows uncomfortable. 3-No air conditioning and was so hot, i couldn’t sleep.

  Yes, in Durbuy, but staying at a different place

  Liked: Location perfect, in the middle of old city. Big bed. Beautiful view for old town and castle.

  Disliked: The room was decent, but it had almost no lighting—only the reading lamps next to the bed. One of the lamps didn’t even have a bulb. The water in the shower one day it was lukewarm, the next day it was cold. The swimming pool facilities are old, and overall the hotel feels outdated, except for the lobby and dining. Breakfast offered a poor selection, and the staff didn’t replenish items—for example, when the croissants ran out, they were not refilled, even though there was still an hour left before breakfast ended.

  Not worth the money at all

  Disliked: The list is long: the accessibility to the parking During the night, there is none at the desk (no support) even if you have informed them (regulation 4 stars hotels should have someone 24h). the fact that my booking reservation was changed without authorization (Repleaced a suite by a room but the price payed was the same). For the check out the person in charge, did not have any clues on my reservation or the problems. In ourroom the reading light was not fix into the was, it was safe in the toilets, I found 5 small animals like larves,
