Fabulous
Cozy apartament
Liked: Everything was oke. Clean, warm and quiet. Good contact with the owner. Good spot to visit Durbuy. Perfect that is possible to stay with dog.
Disliked: It will be nice to have door for the bathroom but for the rest was really perfect.
Liked: Location was nice, there is a 24/7 small store right next to it which is convenient! Host greeted us nicely and explained everything about the property! Parking was good.
Disliked: Their policy is that you need to bring your own bed linens and towels, which to me is crazy, specially in air travel where luggage space is a scarce commodity. Host agreed to provide it for us upon request which is really great! BUT when we came there was 0 towels! Not a single one to wipe your face or anything. It was a weekend so we couldn't even buy towels. There was no soap as well! How expensive it is for a property to buy a few towels and soap!?? Crazy! The toilet got clogged the second day. Host came in 40 min and resolved it. In our next property we rented we had towels, soap, a few beers in the fridge for welcome, sugar and salt and even a few packages of oats for breakfast! Now that is hospitality and it costs so little. Outside of that the bathroom door is a curtain that offers extreme little privacy, and the whole apartment is small and build just for renting. I don't want to focus just on the negative but what is the point of reviewing if you are not honest about your experience. I hope the host will use this information to improve his offering and hospitality, so he can get a 1000 five star reviews in the future!
