Fabulous
Quite Country House with parking 5min away from Durbuy
Liked: House is in a secluded group of houses within the forest 5min away by car from the centre of Durbuy. It is quite and if the weather is good you can enjoy the nature from the porch. You can park the car within the property. The area seems safe. We enjoyed the espresso coffee machines and the capsules provided.
Disliked: We asked for three beds and informed us that we could use the sofa. That would be all right if the provided sheets and duvet which they did not. We opened a wardrobe for sheets but we only found thrown - most probably used sheets within. That questioned my perception of the cleanliness of the property in general but it seemed clean overall.
Liked: Location, good host, everything was clear
Disliked: Low ceilings, I'm 1m95 and couldn't fully stand up inside.

Liked: 1.Property is spacious enough for a small family stay with all basic amenities. 2.Instructions to operate within the house is clear. 3.Host Samuel is a good host and responsive. 4.Private car parking is available. 5.Outside dining space is available (useful during summer times)
Disliked: 1.The Location is not very easy to find in the dark (especially if you arrive after sunset). Google maps will take you few meters close to the location but not to the exact point. Nevertheless, you will figure out after some minutes by searching for house number 37. 2.In Winters, it may get very cold inside but there is a heating facility in the living room that may be activated as per instructions and this will take a while to warm up the house. 3.There is a caution deposit which we need to pay (250 euros) and is refunded after the stay. This is known only after the booking is done.

Liked: a very cosy place, close to the center of Durbuy. a perfect place to escape from the chaos of daily life. I would definitely recommend it!
Disliked: The water in the shower is a dance between hot & cold, besides that was everything very good!
