Liked: The location and the size

Disliked: It smelled like dog and we had to bring our own towels which felt a bit strange considering the price. Otherwise the apartment was comfortable and the location was great!

  Very good

Liked: Very good location, center of the town.

Disliked: Getting the key was a bit challenging. The contact person doesn't speak English, only French. But in the end, we could solve it by directly calling the owner.

  Strategic position in Durbuy

Liked: Location is absolutely amazing, in the center of Durbuy and right in front of the christmas markets. Walking distance from everything. The units are large enough and with a nice layout, there is a lot of light and everything was working fine (kitchenette included).

Disliked: Unfortunately, there is no parking on site and this was a headache when we arrived because nearby public parking options were all full when we arrived. Checking-in and collecting the keys was an absolutely chaotic process. We called in advance to communicate our arrival time, but nevertheless the keys were not available when we arrived, and it was not clear how many apartments we had booked. Multiple people showed up in different times, but no one was really speaking good English and communication was complicated. Eventually, it took 1 hour to collect the keys for the apartments we booked. The apartments were clean, but the entrance to the building was a bit sketchy, with multiple holes in the wall and abandoned furniture, and in general some maintenance was needed also in the flats. Some additional items could be provided, e.g. bathroom mat
