Basic hotel with shared bathrooms and kitchen for short stays in Namur
Liked: The location was very close to the KIKK conference / festival that I was attending, like less than 10 minutes walk (also to the central shopping and dining district of Namur). It was very quiet most of the time, except for the 3rd night, when I heard a confused guest knock on the room door next to mine, thinking that someone else was staying in the room meant for him. They were talking loudly though the door, so it was disruptive.
Disliked: A couple of the individual “toilet rooms” on my floor are very cramped, like it’s difficult to move around in them when the doors are closed / locked. The shower next to my room always seemed to end up with a puddle of water on the floor, no matter how much you try to “seal” the glass doors closed. The shower fixtures don’t look like they are cleaned often. The shower rooms themselves lacked basic “no brainer” features like towel racks and / or wall hooks to hang clothes while showering. The mini fridges in the kitchenettes have frosted over freezers

Disliked: Dirty, ineficient, smell cigarrete, water from the bath goes into the bedroom. Chose another place!
Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable and the 'hotel' is noisy. You can hear everything from the room, both nights I could hear people talking and drinking till 4am! If you are on a budget, this is the place for a few days.
Passable for overnight/short stay
Liked: Passable for short/overnight stay, hostel-styled accommodation
Disliked: Not clean, not comfortable, walls not soundproof, kitchen facilities missing. Rooms very tiny - no air, specific old house smell. Needs some general renovation
Liked: I liked the check in, the price, the AC, the bed, the tokens for the coffee and cocoa, the communication with the host once I actually got to talk to him.
Disliked: The hose for the douche was stiff and short so when showering standing up and not holding it it was on my back and felt unpleasant. I very much disliked the A.I automated messaging system they implement for booking.com chats. I had an issue, I received a message that someone will take care of it, which I later discovered was not true, that no one has seen my message. When I started catching on that it's A.I and said it, it claimed to be a real person with a name, but after a few messages I got a real response. It was infuriating.
Central location and easy to access!
Liked: Central location,. We had a pleasant stay, property is recently refurbished, good for big groups or family for sleep over. We stayed last year, this year there were extras such as the free coffee and fridge in the room which made it convenient for us.
Disliked: Cleaning can be better as property already renovated will make it more appealing!
