Very good
Lovely stay!
Liked: Really lovely hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable and well presented. Perfect for our overnight stay and would happily stay again.
Liked: Charged me for 2 rooms even though I was travelling alone. Wouldn't refund me when I explained what had happened. Said it was booking.coms fault.
Disliked: They charged me twice and took money from my bank account unauthorised.
Very pleasant, comfortable, clean accommodation with helpful staff
Liked: The property is lovely and well placed for the citadel and not too far from the old town. The room had everything you might need, was very comfortable and very clean. If arriving at the train station later in the day I’d get an uber as I struggled a bit finding the accommodation by foot. The breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: Nothing really.
the overal price-quality meets expectation, the location is very good and it's quiet inside
Liked: bath in the bathroom, the garden, the beds
Disliked: breakfast (price/quality relation, I ordered it only one time)

Disliked: Poor presence of staff on Saturday Given a room w a dodgy key lock and poor view from window (high)
