Fabulous
Nice location, but the staff - manager and front desk not helpful and serviceable
Liked: The location of the hotel on top of the hill where the Citadel is located in a green environment is excellent. You will do some exercise to go to the city center. The breakfast was good although a bit pricy.
Disliked: The hotel room was noisy - the most important thing of a hotel is that you can sleep. But due to noise of airconditioning, heating, washing machines turning and noise of other hotel guests we could not sleep. When making a complaint we were not well supported by the staff. Out complaint was not followed up by the manager and when we made a comment at the front desk of this lack we were not treated as guests. Yes they offered when pressed a second time another room after the first night but that had the same noise problems. Instead of trying to find a solution and show understanding they let it go and did as if nothing was the matter when checking out.

Liked: The location and the facilities are great. We enjoyed walking around and the views. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: Although the breakfast was very good, they seemed to be understaffed and therefore the service was slow and it would take them time to realise that items in the buffet need refills.
