Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: So clean. So friendly and helpful. Awesome staff made us so welcome. Beds were so comfy.
Convenient but extra fees for parking and pets are excessive
Liked: Central location is good and the car park underneath accessed from the road adjoining was very convenient. Lift from car park to room made life easy. Vending machine to purchase puddings was nice to see, also drinks and crisps etc on sale in reception.
Disliked: Room was very small and nothing was provided to make a brew. We had to ask for more pillows as one each was insufficient. The fee of €15 per dog per night is excessive, it should be per stay as they don't do any additional cleaning or provide anything at all for this fee. Car park is also expensive at €20 per night. By the time the additional charges were added to our bill including tourist tax it was nearly an additional €100 for 2 nights. Bearing this in mind there are nicer non chain hotels that have free parking and cheaper dog fees that I would choose next time.
