Very good
Great location, but could do with renovations
Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location close to the beach. Free parking is available in the street from 8PM onwards but at a cost of EUR22 the hotel provides you with a parking pass to a large underground car park which is less than 1 minute away. There are loads of restaurants in the area. The hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet was good.
Disliked: Our room (408) was very big but outdated. It was a hot day and whilst the hotel is airconditioned, our room was not. The staff had put a mobile cooler in our room, but it didn't really cool down much (it has seen better days!). The shower was good but leaked signficantly so we had to use towels to put on the floor. As it was so hot we had to leave the window open which meant that, being so close to the promenade and cafes / bars, we had a lot of noise from people walking passed until 2AM. This is not the hotel's fault but it might be worth bringing ear plugs. Lastly, one of the beds had a leg missing at the feet. As my kids are still young, it didn't really bother but a grown up would have certainly tipped to one side!
The location is good. Near to the seaside. The breakfast is very good. Enough choices of food & fresh fruits

Disliked: We couldn't sleep because the pillows were terrible. The room was nice but not clean enough, in my opinion. Place where we can drink coffee in the lobby was nice but without airco.and coffee machine was broken almost every day. We never get ice cream. It was in the offer for everybody from 17-21, but they didn't service it because they didn't have enough people. It was the official answer. Swimming pool stinks and sauna is small.max 3 people.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. The location was excellent and very close to the beach. We had a lovely family stay.
