Fabulous
A fantastic hotel and stay
Liked: A brilliant hotel that is located very close to the main streets and the beach. The staff were excellent and really friendly.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.
Very cool place for families, but not only, great location
Liked: The style, the building, the location, and the very nice mix of a bar and family area that made a lovely place for everyone to meet, sit down, or play some games. Very friendly staff as well.
An excellent stay but lacking a decent shower
Liked: Breakfast was fabulous and the location perfect. Our room was at the back and it was quiet at night, so we slept well.
Disliked: The bathroom was disappointing as there wasn’t a proper shower, only a bath with a hand held shower and no curtain. This was the only thing that would put me off booking here again.
Another happy stay in Ostend
Liked: The location is good. The coffee machine works. You get a bottle of water ever day. The shower and toilet are spotlessly clean. I saw the housekeeper when I returned when she was still busy and I was impressed
Disliked: The room isn't quiet. It's right next to the bar terrace therefore noisy when there's a crowd drinking. You constantly hear the music the hotel is playing downstairs. When I checked out I was told I owed for a breakfast. Clearly someone had been allowed to charge it to my room
Different take on how to setup a hotel
Liked: A rather quirky design and layout compute most hotels, more of an industrial decor. Very helpful staff, helped me figure out the best way to get to a soccer game down in Brugge. Excellent breakfast selection and a nice dining room. It is only a few steps to the beach.
Disliked: No air conditioning and my room was rather warm after a hot day.
Liked: Very creative interior design Great location directly at the beach
