  Yes.. We expect what it is

  Liked: The food is good..the room is warm and clean

  Disliked: Difficult to find parking We found it but it was zo expensive.. And in the restaurant they the dogs inside and make noise while we eating

  A wellness location, without wellness treatment

  Liked: The beds were soft, with extra pillows and the room is clean. The heating and the AC were available so you have full control over this in your own room.

  Disliked: The staff was very impolite and grumpy. Not only at the location but also via email. No additional information when you ask for it. And rolling eyes at the desk. Via booking it’s clear you can book a wellness extra to the room. This is not for the same price at the location. And you need to rent a bathrobe, towel and slippers for an extra costs of 13.50€. This is not communicated on booking. So, don’t be surprised when you need to pay an extra of €70 to enter the sauna of 3hours. The hotel is very loud. You hear conversations, people walking and street noise a lot.

  Poor value for money, dated, miserable staff at the pool. Food mediocre

  Liked: Not a great deal.

  Disliked: Spa was an extra cost. Only the tiny swimming pool was included which made my eyes sting from the chlorine. I’m a regular swimmer so definitely too much chlorine.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.

There is an additional charge to use the wellness facilities. Children aged 6 years and below are not allowed to use the wellness facilities. You can contact the hotel for more specific information.

The use of a bathrobe and slippers is required in the wellness area. They can be rented at Hotel Royal Astrid.

Guests who wish to book half-board, fixed menu, are required to reserve in advance. On 24 December and 31 December every year, half-board rates are not available and the spa will be open until 18:00.

Please note that guests must wear appropriate swimwear in the spa.

A deposit may be required at the property.
