Very good
Windy stay in Oostende
Well located for activities in Oostende
Liked: Extremely communicative owners and very clear instructions for after hours arrival. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Restaurant downstairs is full of character.
Disliked: View from the back facing rooms was not great.
A very pleasant stay with clean and comfortable accommodation, a great location and friendly staff
Liked: The room was tidy and very clean. The location is great. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection. I would recommend the hotel despite the negative experience during check-in.
Disliked: Check-in is available only during a three-hour window each day. If a guest does not have the option to make a phone call, this can create a significant problem when trying to contact the staff, as they do not use Viber or WhatsApp and do not respond immediately to emails. Unfortunately, I was also not provided with instructions on how to access the keys. Nevertheless, once this issue was resolved, the overall experience was great.
Liked: Authentiek en no-nonsens!
Would definitely return

Disliked: Well i liked everything
Liked: Location Comfy bed
Disliked: Unpersonal check in
