Very good
Liked: Lovely location. Best of all the host was so helpful and super responsive. I would definitely book again thank you so much
Disliked: Nothing was spot on
Liked: The house was very clean, we walked everywhere in 10 minutes, the kitchen had everything, it was warm,
Disliked: We went at 10 in the morning, we were able to enter at 15:00 in the afternoon, we wrote that we would go early, but you contacted your host late.
Nice location, limited panoramic view
Liked: Nice location near train station and beach. Elevator. Dishwasher.
Disliked: We lived one adult and 4 teenagers in each apartment. On the top floor (3 bedrooms) there was both a view and relatively good space. On the 3rd floor (2 bedrooms) there was neither a view nor good space. Strange solution where there is no sink to wash your hands in the toilet? The internet was also very bad. Almost unusable on the 3rd floor. But the worst thing was that on the 3rd floor there was incorrect information about what kind of beds were in the different rooms. ON Booking it says double bed in one room and double bed + bunk bed in the other. That is not true and there was only a bunk bed in the other bedroom. The landlord also refused to help us get an extra bed or compensate for the mistake. The garbage system in the city is strange. No containers that work and occasionally garbage bags are hung on the poles around the streets. So the birds had a party every time.
Bad
Disliked: Hello, we ordered an apartment for 5 people with 3 rooms, they wrote to us that there was a mistake and they can provide 2 rooms! But the payment went through for 3 rooms, They didn't give us our money back and we took 2 rooms!. the apartment was very dirty, the bed linen had not been changed from previous clients, the toilet and floor were dirty, there was dust everywhere, the walls in the hallway were covered in dirt, there was no toilet paper! the dishes were dirty, On the second day the cleaning lady came and started a scandal, ruining the day off, the owners were aggressive
Superb
Liked: We had a lovely stay at the apartment, everything we needed and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect and the host Arthur was very helpful with all the information that we needed.
