  Liked: Well located for where we wanted to be, Ghislaine who met is was excellent and even came back as we couldn’t get the Hob to work, this was sorted immediately.

  Disliked: No Ironing board and the Tumble dryer wasn’t the best.

  Super comfy stay with excellent communication from Ghislaine

  Liked: Property is very clean, new, spacious. Very comfortable for a 2 person stay. Location: at the border of Ostend, a very pleasant walk to Ostend city center. Also close to a very nice coffee bar, Fogato at the corner/lights.

  Disliked: Nothing. What I would personally improve is add a bit more privacy by putting glass curtains in the living since that side you have the other building opposite but for us that was a small detail.

  Shame about the wait on arrival, but definitely the best apartment on booking.com that I have ever booked!

  Liked: The property is exceptional, location, decor and furniture including very comfortable beds. The views from the apartment are stunning. We ate at a restaurant only 100 yards away on the sea front which was excellent.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, we had to wait for 2 hours before we could get into the apartment due to a communications error between booking.com and the host. The lady who hosted us, Ghislaine, could not have been any more apologetic or nicer. She came from a family celebration to let us in and change the bedding etc. Otherwise, my overall rating would have been excellent.

  Fab stay in a wonderful apt with fantastic views!

  Liked: Beautiful property with fantastic views and very clean. Ghislaine met us at the property and showed us around, she was very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: The only negative for us was that there was only one toilet, we didn’t realise that the bathrooms didn’t have a toilet in them. However it certainly didn’t spoil our trip.
