Fabulous
Central scenic location with plenty of transport options, restaurants and shops in the area
Liked: Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The location was fabulous right on the port and with a beautiful view of the ships.Very close to the bus stop that services various areas including the Old Town. A number of restaurants and bars in the area. The room was comfortable and spacious.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
Ideal location to take in the sights of Dubrovnik
Liked: Apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The balcony and hot tub were great especially after a busy day of site seeing. Lovely views of the marina from our balcony (room 7). Staff very polite and friendly. The property was in a great location. Only 30 minute walk into the Old Town and nice walk straight out of the apartment around the Marina and picking up the Šetnica trail which follows the coastal path to Lapad Bay promenade. Beautiful views and lots of places to eat and drink.
Disliked: Apartment was a little tired and stains on the sofa. Lack of electricity points in kitchenette so had to boil kettle via bathroom socket! Bath towels were on the small size. Given room price and booked with jacuzzi would have been nice touch if bath robes provided or at least extra towels (although these were provided on request).
Great location with lovely views
Liked: The views from the apartment were gorgeous! Reception were lovely, helpful and friendly! Location was good, within walking distance (30 mins) from Lapad beach which is lovely! Bus stop is right behind the building and takes 5 mins into old town!
Disliked: Rooms are nice but a little bit of maintenance needed

Location and view - cannot beat it
Liked: The location is superb. The views over the water are to die for and the open balcony accentuated the location and view. Bed was comfy and room was adequate. Quiet in the hotel - just be aware as it is a central location so street noise apparent if you leave windows open. But you wont care as you just stare at the view - it is a great vista
Disliked: The rooms are now a little tired, and need updating. Toilet seat was loose, the flush button was also loose and coming off. Old wall heater in bathroom askew and falling off. Everything needs a revamp and update. Also, the entrance is inside a shopping mall and for a tourist is hard to find for first time. You need to explain access better as it is frustrating when in car and trying to find.
Great location, comfy apartment, fantastic views, and lovely reception staff
Liked: Fantastic location at Port Gruz, just a short 7 minute bus journey to Dubrovnik old town, and easy access to ferries and boat trips. Views were amazing.
Disliked: Maintenance wasn’t great, the tv did not work, and when the hot tub in the apartment next to us was cleaned/emptied, it flooded our terrace - this happened 3 or 4 times during our stay, and made out terrace very slippery.
