Disliked: It’s a user problem, not a management issue but I suggest improved signage in the spa as guests often left the various doors to the sauna/showers/ice/salt rooms open.

Liked: What an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was incredible, and the amenities exceeded our expectations in every way. Meeting Nejra upon our arrival was such a gift to both me and my partner. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was truly special. Her thoughtfulness, warmth, and attention to detail made this one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had and elevated our stay into something genuinely unforgettable. Ivana was also incredibly kind and helpful, and we are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received from the entire team. We will absolutely be returning if we make it back to Dubrovnik, and we look forward to experiencing other Rixos properties in the future. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
