  Liked: Brilliant location. Wonderful hotel and the staff. Staff very very responsive.The breakfast spread is huge and fresh. It was wonderful. Our room was spacious for a couple. Roughly 15 to 20 minutes enjoyable walk to old town, walking along the coast. Bus 4 is right next to the hotel, but not needed, if weather is good

  Friendly staff

  Liked: A very beautiful and comfortable hotel. All the staff members were exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The complimentary electric vehicle charging facility was a great convenience and a significant advantage for us.

  Disliked: There was a very strong and unpleasant smell as soon as we entered the room, which unfortunately made a very poor first impression. The access ramp to the parking garage was extremely narrow and difficult to navigate. We were not informed in advance about the SPA usage fees, which was disappointing. Due to what appeared to be an administrative error, we were initially charged double the agreed pet fee. Only after raising a complaint was the amount corrected to the rate originally communicated to us before arrival.

  Nice hotel, great location

  Liked: The location-few minutes bus ride to Old town and the bus stop is few steps from the hotel. The food was ok, not that impressive, and can still be improved by adding seafood dishes. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

  Disliked: The outdoor pool opens at 8am until 6pm. It would be better if this is available earlier, like 6am and closes later like 8pm to be enjoyed by most guests. You have to pay for the indoor pool.

  Amazing autumn vacation in Dubrovnik

  Liked: Our room got upgraded to a suite in Villa Orabelle, which was amazing. Very nice clean room, comfortable beds, delicious a la carte breakfast, sea view from the dining room and a walking distance to town center. Ut was truly an amazing experience and a great October trip to Dubrovnik.

  Very nice upscale hotel with easy access to the old town

  Liked: Spacious rooms, excellent shower in bathroom, good parking, easy to get to old town on bus #4 near front of hotel. Very good buffet breakfast. Nice lounge for a drink too. Pool looked great.

  Disliked: Dinner buffet was quite limited for a buffet, we opted out. The breakfast buffet was very sizable and very good though.
