Liked: All was ok! Transfer ok!

A clean, well-equipped stay in a fantastic location near the Old Town
Liked: The property was clean, the rooms were a good size and we had everything we needed, including toiletries. The AC was excellent in hot weather. The owners were very helpful and kindly arranged an early check-in even though they had guests before us. Best of all, the property is very close to the Old Town, which we could see from our window.
Disliked: There is no lift so carrying our 4 suitcases up to the 2nd/3rd floor was a challenge. The living area and kitchen are on the 2nd floor while the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 3rd, connected by an internal staircase. The stairs and split-level layout may suit younger, more mobile guests better; my elderly parents found them a bit challenging.

Very convenient apartment extremely well located to visit Dubrovnik
Liked: We can’t beat this location, just at the entrance of the old town, next to the cable car station and 5 min from the airport shuttle. Aircon in all rooms was a relief after a day outside. Communication with the host was clear and he agreed for a later check out which was really appreciated

Attractive apartment but central location means it is in a restricted area so do not drive to it
Liked: It is a good location for the spectacular old town just outside the city walls, well equipped, and very clean.
Disliked: Although it is in a good location for the old town BEWARE! of this as it is in the restricted zone, which means you can be fined €1400 for driving to it. This wasn’t explicit in the property description or the directions provided.
