Exceptional
Liked: We were delighted with this apartment: spacious, fully equipped, and supplied with everything we needed, including cleaning products. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a parking space in the enclosed lot right under the windows. Special thanks to the hospitable hostess. She waited for us until late. The fruit and water in the fridge were very welcome—the perfect place for breakfast—was a great brunch cafe just a 4-minute walk away.

Liked: On behalf of our entire group of three, I would like to share our thoughts and highly recommend staying at this apartment. The host, Vesna, is incredibly friendly and easy to contact; she was very welcoming and attentive during our stay. The property itself feels like a real gem in Dubrovnik. It isn't located in the very center—which ensures quiet evenings and nights—yet it has excellent public transport links (bus line 2a stops right outside the window, and line 6 is a 5-minute walk away), with the ride to the city center taking only about 10 minutes (and it’s completely free if you have the Dubrovnik Pass). The apartment is fully equipped for everything from a short stay of a few nights to a visit lasting several weeks. There is also a mini-market right on the doorstep, offering reasonable prices and long opening hours. The apartment offers fantastic value for money regarding the amenities provided. I will certainly choose Vesna’s place again whenever I return to the area. Warm regards, and I wish all future guests a wonderful stay!
Good place to stay while visiting Dubrovnik on a budget
Liked: The best thing about the property is the owner. She was so welcoming and kind, it was remarkable. The apartment itself was very clean and provided the space we needed for the three nights we were there.
Disliked: The apartment was good, the location could be a bit better but overall- not bad.

Good value with everything required for a self catered stay
Liked: The location is excellent with great restaurants by the harbour, within a short walk. A fifteen minute walk leads to Cocacabana beach, which is worth a visit. The Hostess was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We used Uber to travel to the Old Town at a very reasonable €8.00. There is a small grocery store within 100 metres and a bar/ cafe.
Disliked: If there is any criticism, it is that the apartment is a little tired and one of the bedrooms has no air conditioning. At the price, however, it is excellent value.

Liked: The owner was wonderful to work with - very accommodating and quick to respond. There was a grocery store and a cafe nearby and a short work to the water. Access to the public bus to the city was close. The apartment was well presented and clean. The availability of a few basic essentials eg salt, pepper, coffee were greatly appreciated. The items in the kitchen were of good quality and presentation.
