  Liked: The location in the Lapat region couldn't have been better. With lots of cafes, restaurants, tennis club, escape rooms, supermarket, coastal walks, there's plenty to do and explore. I felt incredibly safe walking around with my family late at night which was a welcome change compared to most touristy cities these days. The hotel room itself was spacious and well stocked with relevant amenities. There's a small swimming pool as well more for children and beginners than serious swimmers. The lawns are beautifully maintained as well. Also, the Old Town is a short bus ride away(Bus no. 6 although for some strange reason Google maps doesn't show this option). And finally, our host Anita was superb- very friendly, professional and prompt with her whatsapp replies

  Disliked: Although I was ok with it but its worth knowing that the building doesnt have a lift so those with heavy luggage or mobility issues might struggle esp if you get one of the 3rd floor rooms. The breakfast is offered at a nearby cafe which was again fine for us but those used to the dining hall buffets in traditional hotels might need to keep an open mind.

  Liked: A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa! From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome and immediately felt comfortable and at home. The villa was cosy, welcoming, and perfectly located, with everything we needed close by. Our host, Anita, was absolutely fantastic! She was so kind and helpful, and her excellent local recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s always special to meet someone who genuinely cares about their guests and wants them to have the best possible experience. We also had a delicious breakfast at Mama Mia, which was a lovely bonus and a great way to start the day! We were very happy with our stay and would happily return. Thank you, Anita, for your wonderful hospitality and for making us feel so welcome! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay with a fantastic host and a great location!

  Lovely old villa in great location

  Liked: Beautiful old villa located outside the old town. East bus ride into town and there’s a lovely walk from directly from the villa along the promenade (well worth doing as it takes you along the coastline with some fabulous little restaurants for coffee/food along the way). Accommodation itself was great with fully equipped kitchen, TVs in both lounge and bedroom, and gorgeous (huge) bathroom. There’s also a supermarket just across the road.

  Disliked: Seemed to be a bit of a drain issue in the bathroom which may need some attention, as it did become a little bit smelly. The apartment was also top floor (converted roof space) so there were some head height restrictions - didn’t bother us but may be an issue for some. Mattresses were too soft but that’s a personal preference.

  Liked: Anita was an exceptional host. Gave very good advice and answered all of our questions. The room was also amazing. 10/10.

  Disliked: Hot water heater in the bathroom was a bit loud. That was our only negative though!
