Excellent, comfortable stay with amazing coffee, modern facilities and a great location
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! The coffee machine was exceptional, honestly some of the best coffee we've ever had. The bathroom was excellent, the bed was large and comfortable, and everything felt modern and well equipped. Having a kitchen to prepare our own meals was a big plus. The Smart TV with Netflix, good Wi-Fi and convenient location made the stay even better. Great value for money!
Clean and compact apartment
Liked: It was ideal for a one night stay and had everything that we needed. The bathroom was excellent, especially the shower, and the very small kitchen area sufficed.
Disliked: The apartment wasn't locked when we arrived and we weren't sure whether to lock up when we left. I did, and dropped the keys through the slats in the outside door but I received a phone call questioning where the keys were. Better instructions would have been appreciated.
Convenient stay with the possibility to reach old town, beaches and the whole Lapad by foot

Our "Hunger Game" real-time experience- survival is real
Liked: The location is good, bus stop (Nr. 6 and Nr. 9) is nearby, and with 3 stops we can reach the Old Town. If you wanna walk, the route is also very scenic and it only takes 20 mins until the Old Town, too
Disliked: The room is unfortunately not "live-able" at all: the facilities are super old, floor is damp, smell of moss and humidity is overwhelming, and worst is the constant bad pipe smell coming from the bathroom. We tried our best to fight off that bathroom odor and also tried to find ways to make it go away, but all of our efforts went in vain. We assume the pipe was not cleaned properly. Even when we put a lit on the pipe hole and also closed the toilet lit, the odor found ways to "escape and evade" the bedroom again. Insects and mosquitoes also co-lived there with us, making our whole experience there a Hunger Game. Furthermore, the bath towels were not clean enough, and the floor was not cleaned with water in our opinion since when we walked with bare feet, our feet turned black after a while. The AC didn't work and was covered in dust. The room was not aired out properly, so we tried to turn on the AC multiple times to make the room air better but it just made the air worse with dust. The TV was so ancient and so we had no idea how to use it or turn it on. Last but not least, the WLAN didn't work on our 1st day; over one night it eventually worked but very slowly and continuously dropped every single second, so we had to use our Mobile data anyways. And as compared to the other cities like Split or Hvar, with this price we paid, the experience was really not worth it. We understand that we cannot get the 5-star treatment here, but for this price, we expected at least the basic hygiene and standard hostel cleaning service. At least that was what we got in Split and Hvar for the same price.
