  Exceptional host, spotless and comfortable room with a beautiful sea view, great location, and outstanding hospitality —

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! The lady host was exceptional — extremely friendly, welcoming, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our stay as pleasant as possible. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the beautiful sea view made the experience even more special. The location was excellent, within easy reach of the city centre. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, with additional equipment available whenever needed. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. All the best, and we would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

  Would highly recommend! Fab location & very clean!

  Liked: Fabulous location. Short walk down to the Old Town. The walk is gradual and not too steep! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Check in and out were swift. The private parking was also great, especially as the traffic restriction zone begins just beyond the property.

  Liked: nice room, nice location, renovated in an old building, the bathroom was very fine, the bed was great

  Disliked: Checkout time was 10am as stated in the booking reservation. When asked to leave at 10:30 the landlady denied it, even though it would have made little difference to her, if any. Nobody started cleaning the room at 10. Landlady was very strict in everything.
