Liked: All was according to the description. The owner was so nice, that I could just give him a hug. What I actually did. Also he would tell You anything you would need and like to know. Ten out of ten score, highly recommend.
Disliked: Maybe just hangers and mirrors, but that's besides the point.
Liked: The room was great and had an amazing balcony overlooking the water. Also each room had a private bathroom which was ideal. The location of the place was nice, you could walk down the steps (many of them) with easy access to bus stops and restaurants and the water. The bus stop was really close to the house and was only about a 10 minute bus ride to Old Town. In addition, Ante was sooo nice and helpful - he sat down with me and explained all the buses and the surrounding area on a map and pointed everything out. I would highly recommend staying here:)
Amazing, enjoyable stay
Liked: Its location between old town and the Lapar area. Lovely terrace, with a beautiful garden. The host Ante was really kind and gave me a lift to the bus station, I received great travel advice from him. Room is comfortable and clean. My room was ready earlier than expected as I was travelling back from Budva and arriving back in Dubrovnik before 9am.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Ante was an excellent host, he even came to the bus station to pick me up and take me to the property, he also marked a map for all the locations and advised best time and places to see. The guest house is very nice, beautiful garden and rooms were very clean and spacious in a great location.
Disliked: Nothing i didn't like:-) if i had to mention one thing beware of lots of stairs (like most of Dubrovnik) if you have mobility issues but taxis/bus do run close to the property
