Exceptional
A really wonderful hotel!
Liked: Bottom line, a gorgeous hotel. -Our room was absolutely charming and spacious, and we had a large and comfortable deck with a gorgeous view of the Adriatic. -The hotel provided us with a welcome gift to help us celebrate a special occasion. Really thoughtful! - The staff were all personable and friendly, especially our server at breakfast on the V level. - beautiful pool - lovely lounge areas - good location - beach front, with close access to promenade

A stay to remember until the next time
Liked: I absolutely love this place, this was my second year in a row going to Dubrovnik and I will go back every year and stay at this hotel, I’m also telling all my friends to go,Hotel President is five stars on every single way, food, spa, accommodation, everything is special. After staying there I keep expecting the same in other 5 stars resorts and is just not the same. To make things better they are very honest, I forgot a piece of jewelry there, they found and kept it for me. Just can’t give enough Otto them. Also, the bus to downtown is just across the street, couldn’t be more convenient.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The bar was lovely and the bar staff were really nice. Beautiful view from the room.
Disliked: Our bed sheets were never changed throughout the whole stay. I think the v level service should be explained better. We only found out on our last day about the other breakfast location for level v service.

Liked: The hotel has beautiful views and everything was top quality, it had a pool, a sauna, cabanas by the pool and beach, towels to use at the beach and pool. There was also a piano bar, a shop where we could purchase bus tickets for cheaper than charged on the bus! The hotel had all of the amenities that we needed and more! The staff was also so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had the best time.
Disliked: We loved everything!!
