Exceptional
Liked: The staff, beautiful views, the beach club, breakfast, gym, spa and the Cave Bar were highlights. Ten minute drive to the walled city was very convenient.
Disliked: It was not disclosed at the time of booking, and only when we arrived and got out of our taxi did we notice that there was a MAJOR excavation project going on directly across the street from the hotel. The excavating for a new apartment building was happening between the hours of 9-4pm daily....
Liked: the view & location were stunning, breakfast was amazing as well, would definitely come back
Disliked: we tried to get a massage at the spa but they had very limited times available which sucked because it was at the same times as our exccursions but one of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel was for the spa.

Liked: An elegant hotel in an amazing location. The stunning seaside setting, beautiful interior and exterior design, and exceptional attention to detail make for a truly memorable stay. The staff are professional, experienced, and always willing to help, providing excellent service throughout the visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and breathtaking views in Dubrovnik. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Disliked: Before our visit, I read comments mentioning that the hotel has a lot of stairs, which concerned me because I was traveling with my mother, who has some mobility issues. However, we found this was not a problem at all. The different levels are conveniently connected by elevators, and the walkway in front of the hotel is easily accessible. We were able to get around comfortably and fully enjoy our stay.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The spa was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to choose from. Our room was lovely, with an adjoining room for our teenage son, which worked perfectly for us as a family. The Cave Bar is amazing, with a fantastic choice of delicious cocktails and a great atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy bus access to and from the old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Liked: Nice staff, good services.
Disliked: A bit smelly in the living area near the balcony. During my stay in October, there were civil engineering works in a construction site on the opposite side of the road facing the hotel which caused noise and slight vibrations in the day time during their engineering works even though the balcony door was shut tight
Liked: Location, beautiful views, Location of surrounding restaurants. Cave bar!
Disliked: The building works behind the hotel ruined our experience! Was looking for a peaceful break with the noise we were disappointed. Lifts always out of order. Breakfast service needs to be refined!
