Liked: Location and stuff
Disliked: It was extremely noisy and would t allow anything edible in the room

Liked: We stayed in the hotel in August 2026. The hotel location was excellent: at the heart of Lapad pedestrian area, just 5 minutes walk away from the beach, and just 7 minutes away from the bust station taking you to main locations. The area was full of restaurants and cafes and overall very cosy. We stayed in the room with a partial sea view. Our room was on the 4th floor, which opened to an amazing view of the scenery and the sea. It had an spacious balcony which we couldn't use because of the heat but it was amazing to relax at nights. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had proper conditioning which was a relief during super hot days.
Disliked: For such high price, we were expecting better amenities. For example, the hair dryer was so low quality, no iron and a pad in the room and the service was chargeable, no cases tool box, no coffee machine or tea kettle. The shower could have been designed better to avoid water leakage all of the place. The cleaning was ok but not thorough.

A beautiful and comfortable stay in a great location, with exceptionally kind and helpful staff
Liked: The accommodation was beautiful, with a lovely view of the sea, and we really enjoyed having a balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have a TV and a fridge in the room. We especially appreciated how close the accommodation was to the free beach. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Every receptionist was very friendly, explained everything clearly and was always available whenever we needed anything. The staff were definitely one of the biggest highlights of our stay. There were also shops, delicious restaurants and ice cream places nearby, as well as a bus stop. The room had a comfortable shower, a large wardrobe and plenty of space for all our belongings. The air conditioning was easy to use and worked very well. We also really appreciated the breakfast offering regular milk, lactose free milk and two types of plant based milk, as we noticed that many restaurants in Croatia do not offer these options.
Disliked: The breakfast itself was tasty, although we would have appreciated a slightly wider selection and better coffee. A more powerful hairdryer in the room would also have been useful.
