Exceptional
Liked: It was close to Old Town. It was comfortable and quiet
Liked: The location was great, close to the Old Town. The only downside was that it was on a main road, and getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit of a challenge.
Disliked: The location was convenient, close to the Old Town and the beach, which was the main reason I chose this accommodation. Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations. The pictures on Booking.com were misleading and did not accurately reflect the room we received. Although it was advertised as a three-star property and I was not expecting luxury, I was disappointed by how old, dingy, and unclean the room appeared. The biggest issue was the overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke. My sister has asthma, and the smell was so strong that we could not stay in the room. When I raised the issue, I was told that there was no smell of smoke and that the owner was a non-smoker. However, we had seen people smoking outside and then going back inside the property. We ultimately had to leave because the room was not suitable for us. I contacted the property to request a partial refund, hoping to recover at least half of the cost, but they refused to offer a reasonable resolution and continued to insist that there was no smell. I am generally not someone who likes to complain, but this experience was very disappointing. If you are a non-smoker or have asthma, allergies, or sensitivity to cigarette smoke, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The location was the only real positive, but unfortunately, the condition of the room, the strong smell of smoke, and the lack of customer service made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this accommodation.
Liked: Good location, very close to the old city. Parking in the property. Very clean and organize.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at IDA Apartments House! The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet and very well equipped. We had everything we needed and felt completely at ease. The location was great, with the old town within walking distance, and being able to park right in front of the entrance was very convenient. Communication with the owner was easy, friendly and straightforward. We would happily stay here again and can definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Comfortable stay in a pretty apartment
Liked: Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment! Good bed, great shower. About 20 min walk from the old town which was fine for us. 10 euro Uber when we didn't want to walk. There are bus stops for busses that bring you to the pile gate but they are also about 10 mins walk away and sometimes full. Kitchen, couch were simple and we didn't really use them. Outside table was nice for a morning coffee.
Disliked: Bit pricey, but so is everything in Dubrovnik
Liked: Great location, parking and a kind host.
