Exceptional
Liked: property was really nice, location was right outside the marina. Super quite and quaint but super easy to access. bus stop is right outside. There are cute little cats all around. The rooms were comfortable and super clean! It felt like a home meets hotel. not crowded at all! Breakfast variety was good.
Disliked: Nothing that was disliked. It was perfect for a short stay:)
Liked: It was in a quieter, more residential part of Dubrovnik, which allowed us to enjoy some rest, however it still had good connection to the old town, bars, restaurants, beaches and shops. Everything we needed was nearby. Uber was super cheap so we got everywhere within 5-10 mins

A true gem by the Marina - modern, quiet, and incredible value!
Liked: A true gem in Dubrovnik! The location couldn’t be better - situated right next to the Marina, remarkably quiet, and just a short walk to a fantastic public beach, local shops, and convenient bus stations. The apartment itself is super modern, beautifully furnished, and spotless. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring great sleep after full days of exploring. On top of that, the hosts were wonderfully attentive, making sure everything was seamless from check-in to departure. Outstanding value for the price - easily our best choice in the area. We had an absolute blast and were genuinely sorry to leave. Highly recommended!
Disliked: The only minor detail to keep in mind: if you get a ground-floor room, because of its superb, lush green location, tiny ants may wish to join you inside. Just keep the space tidy and clear of crumbs, and you won’t have any issues at all.
Good option for Dubrovnik
Liked: Great location near access to Lapad area, buses and pick up for day trips. The room is just what you need and clean. Can have a good breakfast at the hotel next to it.

Liked: The property was much better than I was expecting. The room was large, well maintained and very clean. Communication before arrival was great and they allowed us an early check in
