Exceptional
Amazing views and beautiful modern apartment in historic Dubrovnik
Liked: Pearl of Adriatic was our top accommodation during a 2 week stay in Croatia. The panoramic views from the balcony of the Old Town, the nearby islands and the constantly changing ocean vistas were mesmerizing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious with modern furnishings and very well equipped with all dishes, utensils and appliances. The combination washer/dryer had very clear instructions, written in English, which were easy to follow and much appreciated! The bottle of wine, milk and other essentials provided were an added bonus. Josip was a fantastic host who quickly responded to all our queries, made good suggestions for activities and restaurants and was kind enough to arrange our pick-ups from Gruz Harbor when we arrived and to the airport when we left. Josip even provided a link to a YouTube video to watch which made the entrance off the upper street easier to follow. We preferred this location outside the Old Town as it was less busy and much quieter. The apartment was within easy walking distance to Ploce Gate for access to the wall walk and the Old Town. Walking up and down the road to Ploce Gate takes a bit longer but does eliminate some of the stairs! A fantastic stay in beautiful, historic Dubrovnik. Highly recommended!

Fabulous week in Dubrovnik. Stunning views
Liked: What a Stunning location perfect for exploring the old town and surrounding area. The apartment is well equipped, clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The bottle of bubbles, milk and other essentials were much appreciated. Communication from my booking have been excellent with lots of information sent though to me prior to our arrival to ensure we were to have the most fabulous time. We did take up the offer of a taxi and guide to the apartment door which given we arrived after 10pm was well worth it. Thankyou Josip and team it was truly wonderful.
Disliked: I could not fault the property at all but be aware if any of the group has issues with mobility particularly stairs the location means you have to walk either up on down no matter where you are going.
Fabulous property in an amazing location
Liked: The property is in a perfect location for exploring old town, close to local shops, and also benefits from the most amazing views. Everything has been thought of, and there was nothing we could fault. The facilities were fabulous, and the washer dryer was useful for travelling light. Josip was excellent at communicating with us, providing information about the local area and on hand for anything we might need. The luggage boxes are also excellent, allowing us to fully enjoy our final day without dragging the cases round. We can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely return.

Liked: Cannot say enough good things about this place, we are from Colorado and were a little worried about renting online in another country, this place was great. Location was excellent, clean, modern, great balcony and view, easy walk to Old Town, host was available and responsive.
Disliked: Lots of Steps to get to/from

Liked: The location, views, size, cleanliness and facilities were incredible.
Disliked: Only one small thing was the door stop in the bathroom.. banged my toe a few times due to carelessness 🤪
