Fabulous
Great hotel, very friendly staff. Nice and clean, breakfast was lovely and the location is fantastic
Great staff; Location, Breakfast and Room. Don’t Stay Anywhere Else
Liked: This is a true boutique hotel (only 9 rooms)...which means you get very personalized service. Matia and Browning (I think that was his name), and others, provided first class service. Carried our bags up and down the stairs, helped arrange transport back to the airport, and took care of our every request, with a smile. This hotel is in the heart of the old town. You are just one street over from the main drag...Stadun. In fact, the street its on has dozens of restaurants (We ate there every night) The hotel has a restaurant too, Michelin recommended I believe, but the menu was not quite to our liking). The room we had was not large, but because of how they utilized the space and various furniture they chose, it made it seem larger. There was a small kitchen with a sink, stove top and mini fringe. There was room for a couple of chairs and side table next to the windows (we pushed them away to have more room for our bags). There was also a nice desk. The bathroom was a little tight but functional. Plugs were accessible both at the desk and night stands, among other places. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was from their breakfast menu (same menu for people who were not staying at the hotel). Everything was made to order. I particularly loved the avocado toast with tuna (raw). I loved it so much I got it all three mornings. NOTE: HAVE YOUR TAXI DROP YOU AT THE PILE GATE. The hotel is a short distance from that gate (first street on the left past the Old Pharmacy) and there are only 6 stairs total. We made the mistake of having our taxi drop us at the Ploce Gate...far from the hotel and dozens of stairs. Website photos accurately represent the rooms and hotel I would highly recommend staying here. In fact, don’t stay anywhere else.
Disliked: Wish they would have provided a bottle of water each day...rather than just one the first day as "complimentary". Every other place we stayed always had one or two big bottles of water for us every day.
Great location, didn’t do breakfast. Dinner not my choice
Liked: Everything.. The decor. Furniture, the bed,
Disliked: The evening meal.
Wonderful service and a memorable stay
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Prijeko Palace! Since we were on our honeymoon, the hotel kindly prepared a bottle of sparkling wine in our room, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The service was excellent and made our stay feel extra special. The hotel was also easy to access even with large suitcases. From either Pile Gate or Ploče Gate, we only had to go up about five gentle steps to reach the street where the hotel is located. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was the perfect way to end our trip, making our stay even more memorable.
Disliked: Prijeko Street can be quite lively and noisy until late at night, so light sleepers may want to take this into consideration.
great location, great staff, great room
Liked: The Staff were warm, knowledgable and extremely helpful
Disliked: nothing...everything was great
Excellent location in the Wall of Dubrovnik
Liked: Location is excellent. But....
Disliked: Although we love the hotel, but actually it tuned out "problems and suffering "! It is huge misleading information from booking.com agent: We're retired couple over 70 years old. Always Set "Priority" requirement "elevator facility" in the hotel! However, Hotel Prijeko "elevator " is only available from 1sr. Floor onwards (means 2nd. In Asia).. Our room on 1st. Floor, which means we lift two luggage up over 12 stairs... it also means we need to climb up and down every time to the restaurant, outside.... On top of that, Hotel Prijeko locates along the famous Wall, we need to lift two luggage over another 12 steps before reaching the hotel. These information is not specified on booking.com.... and put us in a disaster condition: The day we arrived Dubrovnik under pouring rain.....The worse experience we ever had....
