Exceptional
Memorable in a good way!
Liked: While it’s up and down stairs it’s well worth the view! It was comfy and cozy and we had access to a kitchenette which was excellent.
Liked: We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. Gloria greeted us at the gate, after sorting us a taxi, and showed us around the accom at 9:30pm and gave us a run down of the area + gave us some homemade lemonade which was nice after a long day of travel. It’s up a few stairs but so is all of Dubrovnik and it’s totally worth it for the views. A very convenient location - It’s a few minutes walk from the gate into Old town, banje beach, and the cable car + down the first flight of steps is a couple of shops if you don’t wanna go all the way into old town. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed + a small shared kitchenette. Gloria brought us some homemade cake while we sat out on the table enjoying the view one afternoon. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Great location overlooking old town and Lokrum island. 50 m to airport connection bus and downhill walk to old town. Rooms Rose are 2 separate double rooms with private ensuite, shared kitchen with open balcony and outdoor furniture. Apartment Rose 1 is a self contained unit of bedroom, kitchen, dining, bathroom and balcony ( booked in a separate area on booking) can be confusing. Great host, easy communication, very comfortable but small room and bathroom if using larger suitcases however great for a 3 night getaway.
Anniversary mini break
Liked: The owner Gloria was very helpful and lovely. Welcomed us with a drink and brought cake the next day. Perfect position. Clean and comfortable. Lovely terrace to watch the sunset.
Disliked: The kitchenette was shared between 2 rooms, which wasn't very clear when booking. Would of preferred kettle and mini fridge in the room and the terrace wasn't private but didn't effect the views, which made up for it.

Fantastic place and host
Liked: The views! The host was so welcoming, accommodating and just plain nice. The rooms were spacious and clean and the facilities were exactly what was required.
Disliked: If pushed for something to write here, I would have appreciated an umbrella to borrow for those rare rainy days, but a very minor note.
