Disliked: Staff didn’t take away used drink glasses on the table in the room
Very nice place with poor service
Liked: I liked the location, view, extra big bed and valet parking i would like to say thank you to that staff member i don't know the name. Also the chefs on eggs station for breakfast.
Disliked: It looks like that no one cares if you are guest or not. Only once i was told welcome and it was at check in which was done in 30 seconds and i was explained briefly which way to take to get to my room( taken into consideration that building is very big and being there for the very first time is not helping at all) i think that hotel this category should have someone to help with luggage and escort you to the room and do a small tour of the building. Breakfast is very wide selection but mostly without nametags in front of them so you can easily confuse peanut butter for caramel and most of the things on the buffet were cold(supposed to be hot, pancakes scrambled eggs etc) no one is there to welcome you for the breakfast but everyone very fast to remove plates even the one you are eating from.
The location is good but facilities need a lot of improvements
Liked: The location and the view was amazing.The staff was very professional and they gave me two days of free parking.
Disliked: Not clean, the shower didn't work properly and I had to wait 5 mins always for the hot water to come. No heat I got sick at night from being too cold. The food was okay but repeated. The SPA was overcrowded and too busy all the time and very dirty I wasn't able to use it even for 10 mins.
Really lovely location a short walk away from Lapad
Liked: Location, cleanliness of the hotel
Disliked: Drinks were expensive. 2 glasses of soda water cost 12 euros
So relaxing, no late night noise felt very safe
Liked: Really beautiful facilities topclass with access to the other hotels in the group, pool bar and all swimming pools spotlessly clean.
Disliked: Every thing was top notch
