Luxury in the off season
Liked: The view from the room was awesome. The bed and sofa bed were super comfortable. The staff were friendly and accomodating - at reception but especially at breakfast and in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was unreal, you had every possible choice and it was all so fresh and tasty. Room service online ordering was a cool feature too. Underground parking available was a bonus. Multiple restaurants nearby and use of all pools of all hotels. The wellness centre was also awesome. Treatments and massage were really good.
Disliked: In the king suite there was a kitchenette but no utensils or washing up items. The pool/sauna area could use a bit more attention / regular cleaning. More options on the room service menu would be good, especially in bad weather days
Wonderful location. Well appointed rooms. Lovely views and helpful and friendly staff
