terrible,The most arrogant owner having no heart
Liked: we didnt like anything
Disliked: we came late and were very tired.The owner came after long waiting,was impolite and arrogant,After showing appartments he said that we must give him more money-50 eur for a small dog and 40 eur for parking.We said that it is big money,so he left us in the street saing bye-bye and laughing that we will not find at all where to sleep.We were left at night without appartments but he took our money from booking.
Liked: Lovely apartment, had everything we needed for the night - slightly further away from old town so you’ll need to get a cab or bus in peak season when it’s too hot to walk. Really enjoyed our stay!
Really disappointing
Liked: The host wasn't there, but he directed us to the apartment on the phone via WhatsApp. The apartment door was open and the keys were in the living room, so accessing the property was easy.
Disliked: The photographs on the Booking.com website did not accurately reflect the facilities. One of the beds was a camping bed. We expected 2 bathrooms, but it was actually 2 toilets. One was just a toilet and sink, and the other was a shower room, toilet and sink which also contained a washing machine, so it was the utility room too. In the kitchen there was 1 glass and 3 cups! On arrival we entered the building and were greeted with a lobby full of smoke smell that was a mixture of cigarettes and a suspicious aroma! On the website it said parking was available at a cost of 40 euro per day, but when we went to book it before arrival it had increased to 50 euro, to be paid in cash only. The website should also include photographs of the outside of the building as it is quite run-down and unappealing. We decided not to stay in the apartment and cancelled via the Booking.com website. Within 15 minutes a man arrived stating he was the new guest and told us we had to leave. We left within 10 minutes and luckily were able to find an alternative accommodation.
Great host, fab rooms, good location walking distance to shops and beach. Will be staying again!

Liked: Excellent apartment in Dubrovnik – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Everything was exactly as described. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and any questions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended
