Exceptional
Amazing hotel in the heart of Old Town - Super Amazing Stay
Liked: The hotel was a charming boutique hotel along a quiet side alley within the Old Town. Very clean, excellent, attentive and helpful staff. Room was a nice size, comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast served in the room was a nice change. The staff met us outside the Pile Gate when we arrived to help us with our bags and when we left at 4:15am to head to the airport the night staff walked with us. Very accommodating.

Disliked: I’d suggest written instructions in each room to explain air conditioning, ceiling fan, etc.

Liked: Amazing hotel in a perfect location in the Old Town. The best team looking after everything - was amazing service. The wine tour was a perfect addition to an incredible holiday.
Disliked: If I really had to find something - the Wifi was a little slow.

Liked: Such a beautiful room. Very friendly staff. Great location in the walled city.
Disliked: The property was great. Breakfast was yummy. Dubrovnik was starting to get a bit crowded w tourists though which wasn’t ideal! We would have preferred more of it to ourselves!
