Exceptional
A very pleasant hotel with great access to Dubrovnic and the airport
Liked: Breakfast, location, comfortable bed, promenade, bus link to Dubrovnik, SPA, Outside space
Disliked: The exterior of the hotel needs some refurbishment The internal corridors need refurbishment
A beautiful place to spend your holiday in Dubrovink. Very friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere
Liked: There were plenty of delicious options for breakfast, including vegetarian ones. The view from the outside pools is beautiful and you can also take a short walk to the nearby pebble beaches. The lounge next to the reception is very spacious and comfortable. We loved the evening atmosphere at the bar with live music, while enjoying some delicious cocktails. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. We also highly recommend the Chinese restaurant 5 minutes away from the hotel, very good food.
Disliked: The outside pools were not heated very well (we stayed at the beginning of October and it was chilly at times), however the indoor pool is nice and warm, located next to the SPA. There were some reviews mentioning the wear of the outside walls of the hotel, to which I agree. It doesn't look too good in some places, but overall it's ok.
Comfortable lodging with a lot of options, from resting by the pools to heading to town with ease
Liked: The location was great, with easy access to the bus to take you into town. You have beaches, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel breakfast had a lot of variety and you could easily find something you wanted/liked.
Liked: We enjoyed the view and location of the property.
Disliked: The room was a bit tired.
Excellent hotel- staff, restaurants, felicities and location
Liked: Excellent sea view from our room, over the tip of the Babin Kuk peninsula, with a small island just offshore. Very good indoor pool and two infinity pools outside. Beautiful gardens. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. The Oliva outside café was good for lunch and snacks and drinks. The concierge service was very helpful with excursions, paid for at the hotel.
Disliked: The spa was not up to standard
