Exceptional
Overall a wonderful apartment Would stay there again
Liked: Modern stylish spacious apartment with large terrace with great sea views. Easy walk to the old town in about 15 mins. Short walk to a great place to swim off the rocks.
Disliked: Main weakness was the poorly equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook as it lacked adequate pots and pans with only one functioning saucepan and few utensils.
Wish we had more time to spend at Villa Casa Bianca
Liked: Villa Casa Bianca was a wonderful place to start our Balkan tour. The place was HUGE with all of the amenities you need. The apartment was very clean, and it was so nice to have new appliances. You can tell the place is very well taken care of. The location was perfect - an easy 15 min walk to the city walls, and another easy 15 min to a great beach. The host was so accomodating and kind, always checking in and gave us great recommendations.
Disliked: Pretty much everything was perfect - I really wish we had more time to spend at the apartment. Two small things - wish they could have just a few more pans for cooking and maybe some salt/pepper, and we could not figure out how to turn down the AC. But do not let these small things stop you from staying at such a great location.

Beautiful apartment with excellent host
Liked: Beautiful property that matches the pictures. Everything is clean and white inside. Large rooms and common areas. Beautiful outside patio with views of the water (although maybe slightly blocked by evergreen trees if below the 3rd level). Easy to use washer and options for drying on rack and towel heater in bathroom. Easily walkable to Old Town and Banje Beach (10 minutes down the hill and maybe 12 coming back up). Pretty well stocked market just a few steps down the street. Matea was a very helpful property host, including arranging rides from Pero and Antea (married couple) as needed to/from the airport and to the marina for our boat day. We would definitely stay here again for a return trip to Dubrovnik!
Excellent location and lodging for our stay in Dubrovnik
Liked: Extremely clean, very large living area and kitchen. Nice patio overlooking Lokrum Island. 15 minute walk to the gate. Matteo, the hostess, was a delight to work with and extremely responsive.
Disliked: The patio door was quite difficult to close. I recommend showing the guests how it locks in the open direction depending on the handle location. In addition, the bathroom window in the master was stuck open, letting hot air in.
